Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping & Delivery

​

BUNKED® uses third-party courier partners for delivery.
We do not operate our own in-house delivery system.

Because of this, delivery timelines are not guaranteed and may vary depending on:

  • Location

  • Courier service availability

  • Weather / operational delays

  • Unexpected logistics issues

Once your order is shipped, delivery is completely handled by the courier company.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

While we cannot guarantee delivery dates, most orders are typically delivered within:

3–7 working days after dispatch (India)

Delays may occur during:

  • High order volume / Drop launches

  • Remote locations

  • Courier disruptions

4. Shipping Charges

​

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
These charges are non-refundable.

5. Order Tracking

​

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment directly through the courier partner’s website.

6. Delayed / Lost Shipments

​

Since deliveries are handled by third-party couriers:

  • BUNKED® is not responsible for courier delays

  • If your shipment appears lost, contact us and we will assist in raising a courier investigation

7. Incorrect Address

​

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
BUNKED® is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Reshipping may require additional shipping charges.
