Refund Policy

1. Overview

At BUNKED®, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. Due to the limited nature of our drops, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. No Refund Policy

​

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

All sales are final.

​

3. Replacement Policy (Only in Eligible Cases)

​

We offer replacement only, and strictly under the following conditions:

A replacement request will be accepted only if:

  • The product delivered is damaged

  • You received the wrong size

  • You received the wrong product

Requests must be made within 5 days from the date of delivery.

After 5 days from delivery, no claims will be entertained.

4. Conditions for Replacement Approval

​

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The product must be unused

  • The product must be unwashed

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Clear unboxing video proof must be provided (from opening of package)

Without proper proof, the request may be rejected.

5. How to Request a Replacement

​

To request a replacement:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Full unboxing video (mandatory for damaged/wrong item claims)

Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.

6. Replacement Process

​

If approved:

  • Reverse pickup may be arranged (depending on location), OR

  • You may be asked to ship the product back

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will dispatch the replacement (subject to stock availability).

If the product is out of stock, store credit may be issued.

7. Non-Eligible Cases

​

Replacement will NOT be provided for:

  • Minor color variation due to lighting

  • Slight measurement variation (±1 inch manufacturing tolerance)

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection by customer

  • Requests made after 5 days from delivery

  • ​

8. Shipping Charges

​

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If replacement is approved due to our error, shipping will be handled by us.

​

9. Policy Abuse

​

BUNKED® reserves the right to refuse replacement requests in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or policy abuse.
